Diplômé des beaux arts, Darius Salimi commence par travailler dans la vidéo digitale en signant des campagnes pour TBWA et Publicis ainsi que des spots TV pour L’Oréal. Couleurs vives, mise en scène soignée et cadrages dynamiques rendent son travail absolument réjouissant.Il séduit de nombreuses marques et magazines et réalise des séries de portraits festifs et authentiques. Mais c’est surtout dans le domaine de la musique qu’il aime s’exprimer, là où il peut travailler en direction artistique et apporter une vision globale. Il collabore avec Shy’m aussi bien en photo/graphisme (sur les albums « solitaire » et « A nos dix ans ») qu’en vidéo, en réalisant deux de ses clips. Dès lors les projets s’enchainent.. Tal, Anggun, les Frero Delavega, Joey Starr et Elodie Frégé lui font confiance. En parallèle Darius travaille sur son premier projet de long métrage.
